Leonardo González
Berlin, Germany
| Born in Venezuela in 1982, art director and illustrator. I used to think that drawing was as normal as writing, i mean, everybody could do it, so it never was a special thing for me, of course, i has 5 years old. I studied graphic design at the Universidad de Los Andes in Merida, Venezuela where i participated in some collective exibitions and started earning money selling my illustrations for cheap magazines. I started to make street-art in those years, circa 2001. After graduate, i started in JWT, a worldwide advertising agency as art director and illustrator. Then i worked at Totuma, one of the best motion graphic studios in Latinamerica, as designer and illustrator. Great. I've published my illustrations in culture and trends magazines, books, self-produced comic books and illegally on the streets in posters and stuff. Now i live and work in Berlin. Es el puto rock. I love this city. I believe that drawing is the way. At least my way. Where? i don't know. But it's fun. |
Leonardo González has not published any work in Destructed Magazine yet.
